Our next Household Garage and Garden Auction will be held on Saturday 12th June 2021 at 1pm. Viewing for this auction will be from 9am until 1pm.

Our next General Auction to Include Antiques and Collectables will be on Sunday 13th June 2021 at 1pm. Viewing for this auction will be from 9am until 1pm on Saturday & Sunday.

Our catalogues are uploaded to our website, Facebook page and www.easyliveauction.com on a FRIDAY evening.

If you wish to attend the auction you must be authorised to bid at reception at least 30 minutes before the auction start. Authorisation to bid in the room is £1 and you will be provided with a bidding paddle and a catalogue. 
 
Alternatively you can register to bid online with www.easyliveauction.com where you have the option to bid live or leave a bid
 
To avoid disruption we do not allow any items to be removed until the auction has ended.

 

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT OFFER A SHIPPING OR PACKING SERVICE.

We recommend https://www.mbe.co.uk/cardiff who will do that for you.
All items must be paid for and collected by 5pm on Monday following the auctions

Payment is preferred by cash or card at reception when collecting; or we can accept a bank transfer or card payment over the telephone.
If you are arranging Mailboxes or another courier to collect please contact us asap after auction.

 
Please note we are unable to pack or store items. We auction fortnightly so therefore our time is limited and no storage space is available.
All sold items need to be removed from our auction rooms as soon as possible after the auction has taken place.

 

We accept entries for auction Monday - Thursday 10am until 4pm. We are CLOSED on Fridays.

Simply bring your items in to us, we will register you on our system then provide you with a unique sellers number and a receipt for the items you have left for auction. 


Alternatively if you are seeking a valuation, advice, or the items are too large to bring in to us, please call us on 02920465377 or drop us an email at cardiffcityauctions@gmail.com with photographs of the items and we can give you an initial auction valuation and advise you of the best way to proceed.

We charge a 15% commission on the hammer price of any sold lots plus a lot fee of £5 per lot entered into auction, this covers photographing & sorting your lots and entering them to our online auction. 

Seller payments are processed from 14 days after the auction subject to us receiving cleared funds. We pay out by cash or by bank transfer, please make sure we have the correct bank account, sort code and name of account for us to process your funds. 

Any lots you have entered into the auction but have not sold, must be collected upon instruction from us, we normally enter items into auction twice. 

We also offer a valuation & house clearance service. We can provide you with free initial advice on how to proceed.  We can visit your property at a mutual time to discuss your clearance requirements. There is no charge for this visit.

Once you are happy with our quote and happy to proceed we then arrange a convenient date to start the clearance. We are licensed waste carriers and eco sustainability is of huge importance to us!
