Goods will not be released to buyers until funds are cleared and received in full.

All items must be paid for and collected by 5pm on Monday following the auctions.
Payment is preferred by cash or card at reception when collecting or by bank transfer or payment over the telephone.
If you are arranging a courier to collect please contact us asap after auction by email with instructions as to the name of your courier and the date/time of collection.
Please note we are unable to pack or store items. We auction every fortnight so therefore our time is limited and no storage space is available.
ALL sold items need to be removed from our auction rooms as soon as possible after the auction has taken place.
